RedMoon Oil is the manufacturer and packager of essential oil blends and products. We offer our goods to stockists and customers via our website.
Delivery Policy
All orders are dispatched from Cape Town via The Courier Guy on an economy rate.
Deliveries can take 3 to 5 working days to major cities and 5 to 7 working days to
outlying areas anywhere in South Africa.
The above delivery times serve as a guideline only and factors outside of our control may influence these.
We will endeavour to resolve any delays or disputes as soon as reasonably possible.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods by RedMoon Oil is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, RedMoon Oil will contact you with options. Large quantity orders may take longer to dispatch. An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by RedMoon Oil. If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform RedMoon Oil within one working day of receiving it and send a photo via email as proof. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product. All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. The query will then be evaluated based on its own merit and reason. Any refunds or returns will be at the sole discretion of RedMoon Oil.
If you receive the incorrect item, you must contact RedMoon Oil within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a picking error occurred. If there was a miss pick, we will arrange for the error to be rectified.
A product approval inspection will take place at our depot to see if the returned item was in an unopened, undamaged, and unused state. If approved, we will replace and resend the correct item on our account.
Privacy Policy
RedMoon Oil shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
RedMoon Oil respects your privacy. This means that personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service and product news.
